The Brain of Cthulhu is now less aggressive when fought in the Underground Crimson in Revengeance Mode.
The Brain of Cthulhu no longer despawns outside of the Crimson but becomes extremely aggressive in Revengeance Mode.
The Brimstone Elemental and her projectiles are now significantly slower and no longer inflict Abyssal Flames. The brimstone laser now shoots rows of darts perpendicular to it.
Calamitas now only inflicts Brimstone Flames for 2 seconds when the player is hit by the Brimstone Laser.
Ceaseless Void Dark Energies now spread out further apart from each other. Decreased how long Dark Energies inflict the Distorted debuff from 1 second to 0.33 seconds.
Crabulon now enrages when fought on the Surface or taken outside of the Glowing Mushroom biome.
Cryogen can now always be seen during its last phase and its projectiles are now blue during the day.
The Desert Scourge no longer becomes invincible and instead enrages when leaving the Desert.
The Destroyer segment lights now glow purple while it's flying in Revengeance and Death mode. The Destroyer will now accelerate much faster and have a higher top speed if the player is far away. The Destroyer now enrages during the day in Revengeance and Death mode.
A few changes have been made to The Devourer of Gods fight:
The Devourer of Gods can now charge directly at the player during phase 1.
The Devourer of Gods can no longer teleport immediately after laser walls have been spawned and will now teleport 3 seconds after in all world difficulties.
The Devourer of Gods' top speed has been decreased by 15% in phase 2 on all world difficulties. However, it will now accelerate much faster and have a higher top speed if the player is far away.
Cosmic Guardians will now accelerate much faster and have a higher top speed if the player is far away.
The Dragonfolly now has a slightly longer delay before dashing.
Duke Fishron now gains new charging patterns as its HP decreases during phase 3 in Revengeance Mode and higher. Duke Fishron will also now continuously charge towards the player when its HP is below 20%.
A few changes have been made to the Eater of Worlds fight in Revengeance Mode and higher:
Is now less aggressive when fought in the Underground Corruption.
No longer despawns outside of the Corruption but becomes extremely aggressive.
Total size bonus in Death mode has been reduced.
Hive Blobs will now despawn and no longer spawn in phase 2 during the Hive Mind fight.
The Hive Mind now enrages outside of the Corruption.
The Hive Mind now is less aggressive when fought in the Underground Corruption.
King Slime’s Crown Jewel now fires a spread of 3 projectiles in Death Mode.
The Moon Lord Phantasmal Eye projectiles are now less aggressive in Revengeance and Death modes at the start of the fight and become more aggressive as Moon Lord's HP decreases.
The Old Duke now spends less time preparing to dash during phase 3 and now dashes more aggressively while enraged instead of becoming invulnerable.
Significatly decreased The Old Duke pre-charge velocity and acceleration.
The Perforator Hive now fires its projectiles less often while a Perforator worm is alive.
The Perforator Hive and its worms now enrage outside of the Crimson.
The Perforator Hive and its worms are now less aggressive in the Underground Crimson.
The Perforator worms now move slower but gain speed as their HP decreases.
The large Perforator worm will now lunge at the player less often in all world difficulties.
The Plaguebringer Goliath can no longer spawn Plaguebringers, and is now less aggressive in Death Mode.
The Plaguebringer Goliath's enrage has been adjusted to make the fight fairer and now only enrages outside of the Jungle.
A few changes have been made to the Revengeance Mode Plantera fight:
Spore clouds now glow and now constantly travel at a small speed to hinder the player.
The number of tentacle hooks that can be summoned at once has been capped in both phases.
Polterghast Clone now turns invisible, except for a red glowmask for its heart and veins, to convey that it's not dealing contact damage while it lines up for a charge.
A few changes have been made to the Providence, the Profaned Goddess at daytime:
Providence Molten globs now only last for 15 seconds on the ground instead of 20 seconds.
Providence Holy Spears can no longer can slightly home in onto the player.
The amount of Providence Holy Spears that are summoned now scales with how much HP she has, the more HP she has, the more Holy Spears are summoned.
Providence screen shader now gradually grow brighter when the player gets within 20 tiles of her Holy Inferno debuff distance. The screen shader is at max brightness while the player is too far away from Providence and will be inflicted with the Holy Inferno debuff.
Providence at nighttime now fires 4 lasers during her scissor laser attack.
Queen Bee’s enrage scale had been reduced from 0.5 to 0.25.
Ravager Rock Pillars will now break on contact with the player. Ravager's Flame Pillars now spawn further apart in phase 2.
Ravager detached head now stays further away from the player in all difficulties to prevent cheap shots.
Ravager Rock Pillars now will explode with gores instead of clouds of dust.
Skeletron Prime Rocket velocity has been decreased.
Supreme Calamitas can no longer trigger her “Go to Hell” anti-cheat during the Boss Rush.
Supreme Calamitas Brothers now move up and down slightly faster.
The Wall of Flesh will now aim its lasers ahead of the player while it is enraged.
Wulfrum Drone and Wulfrum Hovercraft will no longer immediately fly away from the player when spawned.

Rebalanced Core of the Blood God, removed old Bloodflare Core inherited effects. Now increases all damage and damage reduction by 8% at all times while equipped.

Nerfed Heart of the Elements, damage boost decreased from +8% to +5%. The player will still receive an additional +2% damage boost (+7% in total) while the Elemental minions are disabled.
Lacerator no longer randomly grants 1 HP to the player upon hitting an enemy and now functions similarly to Bloodfire Bullets, grants +2 life regeneration upon hitting an enemy, life regeneration resets after being hit by an enemy, caps at 60 seconds.
Reworked Laudanum, now provides net-positive effects while the player is affected with Blackout, Broken Armor, Chilled, Confused, Darkness, Ichor, Obstructed, Slow, and Weak. No longer provides net-positive effects while the player is affected by Horror due to its removal.

Reworked Staff of the Mechworm, now summons a mechworm that charges, fire lasers, and teleports onto enemies. Its damage can be further increased by summoning additional segments that require and occupy minion slots.
Rebalanced Sulphurous Grabber, Yoyo range increased from 18.75 blocks to 21.875 blocks, bubble projectile count decreased from 9 to 7, bubble projectile damage increased from 15% base damage to 25% base damage.
Buffed Terrarian, base damage increased from 190 to 380.

Biome Blade no longer requires 20 Astral Monolith and 20 Pearlstone Blocks, and is now crafted at a Iron Anvil.
